My aunt gave me this recipe a year or so ago and I love it. I do not make smoothies very often and when I do, this is the one I make. We had some yogurt that needed to be used up and my hubby suggested a smoothie. Who cares if it is winter, snowy, and cold out … we enjoyed it!

Blend to your taste: 3-6 ice cubes, frozen fruit (strawberries, banana, etc), 1 serving of yogurt (about 6oz), 6oz of milk (use your yogurt container as the measuring cup!), 1 Tbsp of honey, 1-2 Tbsp of peanut butter, and 2 Tbsp of cocoa powder
